We care about natural environment. Heat recovery system which regains heat from air-conditioning and spends it on warming swimming pools and tap water, saves approx. 30% of energy. Soundless air-conditioning has been adjusted to parameters of different rooms and their functions. Sophisticated system of sensors is measuring temperature and humidity conditions inside and outside the building and automatic control can set the temperature in accordance to individual needs. So called "dry" air-conditioning system prevents bacteria and is considered as health-friendly. It s cooling agent, ice water, does not contain freon and is environment friendly.
Tap water is specially softened, so we can use less detergents and washing agents, save energy and extend equipment life. On top of that, bathing in softened water is an unequalled pleasure. We have deployed energy management system which benefits by lowering energy consumption and restricting greenhouse gases emission.
Lighting management extends life of light sources 2-3 times. In halls, corridors, restaurants and bars we have innovative, multi-stages brightening and darkening lighting system. In conference rooms, the color of light is especially adjusted to working conditions as it fosters concentration. Touch-panel management gives an opportunity to obtain a wide range of brightness, direction and focus change. Automatic car-lot booking system controls ins and outs of vehicles and ensures high safety level.

Therapeutic mud straight from tap
Kolobrzeg has richest natural therapeutic mud in Poland. Our Hotel SPA is the only one in Kolobrzeg, that uses unique, sophisticated technology of preparing and transporting therapeutic mud used in water treatments. Saline straight from the spring
Highly mineralized, therapeutic Kolobrzeg's saline that we use for water treatments and inhalation is brought to our Hotel with a special pipeline directly from underground springs. It's unique healing properties come from Jurassic era.
