Health constitutes the basis for good mental and physical state. Our actions are effective and life is more pleasurable only if we feel good and have much energy. Out of concern for your health as well as good mental and physical state, Hotel AQUARIUS SPA***** prepared a package of health treatments, which will do wonders to your body. If, however, you associate health with good physical condition
and constant movement, we have prepared a conditioning training for you. Hence, you will feel an inflow of positive energy.


Package includes:

  • 6 nights in cosy, air-conditioned rooms with balconies
  • 6 delicious breakfasts a form of buffet
  • 6 afternoon snacks in a form of buffet
  • health treatments (option 1) or conditioning trainings (option 2) - one to be selected.

Program of health treatments (option 1)*:

  • 10 x treatments indicated by the doctor (from the group of physical treatments):
  • brine bath
  • cowberry bath

  • Tens, Kotz current, Trabert current
  • electrotherapy, ionophoresis
  • laser point therapy
  • inhalation: brine, aromatherapy, nebulisation
  • magnetotherapy, ultrasound, phonophoresis, local kriotherapy

Program of conditioning trainings (option 2)*:

  • 5 x morning suppleness (exercises in the swimming pool)

*Health treatments and conditioning trainings take place from Monday to Friday.

This package starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday.

 

Free admission to Aquacenter (from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm):
