In here tradition meets modernity. In characteristic styles of Finnish sauna, steam sauna, salt-steam bath, ice cave and Russian banya, you will find unique ambience and pleasure. All the treatments are also available for our Day SPA guests.

Package with Dr Bardadyn's diet 800 or 1200 kcal

The structural diet is based on a very simple rule. All recommended products contain minimum amount of calories and maximum amount of vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. Structural products ensure correct speed of metabolism, thanks to which the diet is perfect for slimming. Continuing the structural diet also after the slimming treatment allows stabilising body weight, even without constant controlling diet calorific value.

The 800 kcal treatment aims at quick body weight loss. It helps maintain correct metabolism speed and avoid weakening typical for other diets.
The 1200 kcal diet is a slimming treatment combined with intensive body
detoxing. Thanks to high content of vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants and fibre, toxins and harmful metabolism products are removed from the body.

SPA treatments programme:

  • 3 x lymphatic drainage

  • 5 x morning suppleness (exercises in the swimming pool)
  • 5 x nordic walking with an instructor
  • 2 x aerobics
  • 5 x individual training in the gym

 

Free admission to Aquacenter (from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm):

  • 25 metre swimming pool (3 lanes)
