Is the beach far away?

The distance to the beach is approximately 280 m (5 minutes on foot).

Do the rooms have balconies?

Yes, each room has a spacious balcony equipped with balcony furniture.

Can smoking be allowed on the balcony?

Smoking is prohibited on the balconies because cigarette smoke is noticeable on adjacent balconies and disturbs non-smoking guests who are relaxing on their balconies or have open windows. You can reserve a smoking room where smoking is allowed (though not on the balcony). There is also a smoking area in front of the hotel and in the underground garage.

Is there a sea view from the rooms?

Our rooms do not have a sea view but overlook the hotel garden or, on the other side, the adjacent property.

Is there parking at the hotel?

The hotel offers the following parking options:

Hotel spaces:

• Parking in front of the hotel (in designated spaces) – unguarded, paid 60 PLN/day. The hotel does not take reservations for parking spaces in front of the hotel and does not guarantee their availability.
• Parking in the underground garage – unguarded, paid 70 PLN/day. It is possible to pre-book parking spaces in the underground garage (limited spaces). The hotel guarantees the availability of a parking space in the underground garage provided there is a prior reservation and receipt of a written reservation confirmation. However, it does not guarantee the availability of the same parking space for the entire stay.

Other parking spaces:

• Large municipal parking next to the hotel – unguarded, paid.
• Public parking spaces on the street where the hotel is located – unguarded, paid.

Is there a bathtub in the bathroom?

Standard and superior rooms are equipped with showers, while apartments have a bathtub and shower.

Are there bathrobes and kettles in the rooms?

Yes, bathrobes and kettles with coffee/tea sets are available in all rooms.

Are there cribs for children, and is bedding provided in the cribs?

Yes, it is possible to borrow a crib with bedding free of charge, as well as other accessories for children (e.g., a children`s stool, babybath, air humidifier, electronic nanny, bottle warmer). Please inform us of this need when making a reservation.

Are there irons in the rooms?

There are no irons in the rooms, but on floors I-III (near the main elevators), there are public areas with irons and ironing boards (these rooms also have ice makers).

Can you bring pets to the hotel?

No, the hotel does not accept pets.

Is there a playground for children and any animations?

The hotel has a Play Club on the ground floor next to the café. The club has glass walls so that parents sitting in the café can keep an eye on their playing children. There is also a Game Room on level -1, which includes foosball, air hockey, and billiards. In the hotel garden, there is a modern playground. Animations conducted by animators take place according to the schedule available at the reception.

How large are the rooms?

Both standard and superior rooms have an area of 30 m2, and apartments have 60 m2.

What type of water is in the pool (chlorinated or ozonated)?

The water in the pools and jacuzzi is chlorinated, which is a necessary microbiological safety requirement according to the guidelines of the State Sanitary Inspection. Even in the case of ozonation, the water must be simultaneously chlorinated.

What is the water temperature in the pool?

The water in the recreational pool has a temperature of 31-32 degrees Celsius, in the swimming pool 29 degrees, and in the jacuzzi 33-34 degrees.

Should one come in a bathrobe for a facial or manicure/pedicure treatment?

For such treatments, you can, but you don’t have to come in a bathrobe. You can come comfortably dressed.

Is the time given in the SPA price list the exact duration of the treatment?

The time specified in the SPA treatment price list is the time dedicated to the guest, from entering the treatment room, through a short introductory conversation, to the actual treatment.

After which SPA treatments should I not use the Aquacenter area?

Immediately after facial and body treatments, it is not advisable to use the Aquacenter area, and definitely, after acid peels for the face and body, one should not use the Aquacenter for 12 hours.

How should one prepare for a body treatment?

It is best to come from your room already in a bathrobe about 10 minutes before the agreed-upon time. On-site, you will receive disposable underwear that should be folded during the treatment.

Is swimwear required in the saunas?

It is not required, but you should remember to have a towel with you on which to sit or lie down. Leave your flip-flops outside.

Where can I find the price list for using Aquacenter?

Hotel guests can use the Aquacenter zone (pools, saunas, jacuzzi) as part of their stay without additional charges.

Can you rent bicycles at the hotel, and what is the price list?

The hotel has bicycles and bicycle trailers for children. The price list and photos can be found here.

Can you charge an electric car at the hotel / is there an electric car charging station?

There is an electric car charging station in the hotel’s parking lot, specifically the Garol LS4 model. Charging the vehicle, along with payment, is done through the Ev Plus mobile application. Please refer to the regulations for using the electric car charging station.
