The “Horyzont” restaurant at AQUARIUS SPA*****, as one of few in Poland, was recently awarded a prestigious certificate confirming that the restaurant serves high-quality dishes, made using only organically grown products from regional suppliers.
The certificate’s prestige comes from the wide scope of strict requirements that must be addressed by a restaurant, in order to attain the honour. For several months, our chef Grzegorz Nowicki scoured Kołobrzeg and its surroundings, selecting local food producers, tasting the flavours of their wares, and observing the process by which their products came about.

Thanks to the chef’s rigour, our guests get the freshest and most delicious dishes, full of essential nutrients for the body. For breakfast buffets, dishes containing regional products are marked with the icon of a snail, the symbol of Slow Food. The entire à la carte menu is based, in part, on these local products.
